Bryan Meckelborg has 15 years of venue experience at Fenders Ballroom, Hollywood Palladium, Grand Olympic Auditorium and running large festivals like EDC Vegas, EDC Chicago and EDC NY. 

Additionally, he has directed Security for Coachella, Oscars and Grammies among others.

Rick Merrill brings extensive experience, over 25 years, in direct venue management, having overseen prominent locations such as Glen Helen Amphitheater, USC Galen Center, Irvine Spectrum, and Kia Forum, and has been recognized multiple times as Venue Executive of the Year.  

Kevin Lyman has decades of experience managing some of the largest festivals and tours in the country, including his Warped Tour (25 years), across hundreds of venues, from traditional clubs to expansive amphitheaters.

Ken Denson adds a global perspective with his financial and accounting expertise, supporting numerous large touring acts . He also is previously the Festival Director of Coachella, overseeing all elements of the operation.  

Chris Hicks has had a long career in business development, working for Universal Music Group, Saban Music Group and in his own Emissary Media Group, helping artists, brands and events to realize their potential. Additionally, he has produced community and brand driven events throughout Southern California and community events in the City of Long Beach.

Victory Mirabal brings audio/visual and build capability to any project. His varied skills as a Principal producer, structural designer, 2D-3D CAD designer and a Technical Producer have been utilized for many large scale events. He has worked with Coachella, Comic Con, Wango Tango and other festivals. He has collaborated with numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Activision, Disney, Sony, Paramount, Microsoft, Amazon, Youtube, Google and many others on brand activations.

Brock Meckelborg brings deep operational venue management experience, overseeing operations in McClane Stadium (Baylor) and NRG Stadium in Houston as well as numerous local events in Waco, TX.
